Larch White

Traditionally Inspired American Made™. This 18th century technique of preserving wood with fire is refreshed for today’s design. Aggressively burning the surface layer of our PEFC sourced Larch, we then wire-brush each plank multiple times to remove the soft char and expose the contrasting grain below. This heavily textured and visually dynamic surface can be left unfinished or can be coated with an exterior grade finish as shown here in White; where a zebra pattern is created with the cool white and black char.

Larch is a durable wood exterior option with attractive tones, interesting grain patterns, rot, insect and fire-resistant. Our Shou Sugi Ban Larch Twice-Brushed can just as comfortably clad an interior wall providing a bold statement to any indoor design.
