Sell Us Your Wood

If you're a contractor and have reclaimed wood to sell, or you have a demo job to bid that has antique wood and/or timbers, please send an email to our main information email (info@pioneermillworks.com) with information on the project, or call 585.924.9970. 

Please include:

• Are you a wood salvage company or a homeowner?
• What type of wood is it: flooring, timbers, decking, siding, etc.
• Where did the wood come from: factory, barn, school, granary, fence, gymnasium, bowling alley, dock, etc. 
• How much there is: We typically don’t purchase small quantities (less than 4000) unless the wood is exceptional, fits into our standard product line, and can be delivered inexpensively.
• Please Include photos of the wood if possible.

Though we are no longer actively deconstructing local barns, we do regularly acquire material from barn owners who have either taken the barn down themselves or have hired a third party to do so. If you have material from a barn that has been recently dismantled please send photographs and approximate quantities of the available wood to our main email address: info@pioneermillworks.com

A decision to purchase will be based on the wood’s species, quality and our timely need for new inventory. We appreciate your efforts and your desire to see that your barn does not go to waste.

Because of the large volume of material that we handle, Pioneer Millworks does not typically purchase wood reclaimed from old homes or small batches that total less than 4,000 board feet.
