Lake House
The main house and guest house frame a shared lakefront and meadow with porches, bridges, and wide openings that connect daily life to water, woods, and field. Built with super-insulated envelopes, geothermal + VRF systems, and a large solar array, the project is designed for long life and low impact. The exterior features Pioneer Millworks Black Accoya, copper, and local stone while the restored landscape reintroduces native ecology and long-term resilience.
