Dave Crouden

Dave is the go-to person in our mill, leading the teams, encouraging growth & expanded capabilities, guiding process & flow, and solving any challenge–often in collaboration with other leaders, Luke and Chip. Behind his pleasant, steady, and helpful nature, Dave also has deep knowledge of all processes in our mill having started in de-nailing and moving on through various tasks, until finding home on the molder line, nearly 16 years ago. At home he enjoys spending time with his three boys, Elijah, Benjamin, and Judah. From playing bass along with Benjamin’s guitar efforts to raising chickens, training his Golden Retriever Millie, and mentoring the youth in his local church, he looks forward to restful getaways every now and then with his wife Melissa.
