Joe Burge

Joe is our Human Resources Manager, bringing with him a career of experience in the field, including setting up HR departments, processes, and compliance. As he describes it, his role is to be a resource to all coworkers at all levels of our company. From helping our people, to benefits management, to leave management, to payroll, Joe easily navigates the layers and complexities of HR. An avid mariner, he’s out on the water enjoying the many lakes and waterways in our region with his wife Karie and their pup Henry, as often as possible. Joe also has a solid rep as a guitarist, having played not only for fun, but also with multiple bands.
