Melissa Birch

Melissa works in our west coast office as part of our finance team, handling our payroll. Melissa came to us with a unique professional background working with triple bottom line companies and has a keen understanding of what being focused on People, Planet, and Profit means from a payroll, benefits, and accounting perspective. Originally from the Great Lakes area near Lake Superior, she recently relocated to the McMinnville, Oregon area with her husband after 25+ years living in the suburbs of Portland. When not at work she enjoys watching movies, doing crafts such as diamond painting, and taking day trips to the Pacific ocean.
