Manufactured at our employee-owned mill in Farmington, New York, the Sunset Collection™ is finished with an all-natural plant-based UV Cured Hard-Wax Oil in seven proprietary hues. Our UV curing ensures quick drying and easy installation that is effortless to maintain. Most importantly our finishes are durable and safe for people, animals, and the planet. 

With a contemporary focus on eco-friendly building materials one major emphasis of consumers has been towards interior air quality and the impact it can have on their family, friends, and pets’ long term. “Off-gassing,” from synthetic chemicals (VOC’s) present in building materials impacts consumer choices in flooring, siding, insulation, and finishes inside and even outside of the home. 

According to the Environmental Protection Agency, indoor air can be two to five times more polluted than outdoor air. One of the main sources of this pollution is home furnishings and building materials, which can release countless VOCs into the air.
